What if it doesn't fit me or my recipient doesn't like it?

We want this gift whether it is for yourself or that special person to be completely stress free. We offer a seamless, graceful 30 day return and exchange window. If the length isn’t quite right or it isn't exactly what they dreamed of, we will gladly help you exchange it for the perfect piece.

To ensure your keepsake retains its radiant lustre for years to come, simply keep it clear of harsh chemicals, give it a quick, gentle wipe with a soft cloth at the end of the day, and store it safely inside the Velumi box it arrives in.
